About the Project
Were in stealth mode and hiring 100 remote talent to build a modern digital banking infrastructure from the ground up. This greenfield platform will serve three core customer segments:
- Retail users Personal banking (savings cards spend management)
- Businesses SME banking (invoicing POS working capital multiuser accounts)
- B2B partners APIs and services for embeddedfinance use cases
Were doing a clean modern rebuild using industry best practices across infrastructure codebase deployment and user experience. The goal is a unified platform that seamlessly supports Personal Business and Embedded Finance clients.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Mobile Engineer specializing in Flutter or React Native to build robust crossplatform applications from the ground up. This role is mainly focused on delivering seamless mobile banking experiences for our retail and SME clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement crossplatform mobile apps (iOS and Android) using Flutter or React Native.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
- Optimize app performance ensuring smooth interaction and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with product designers to build intuitive user interfaces.
- Write clean maintainable code and perform unit and integration testing.
- Continuously improve the user experience by gathering and analyzing user feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Flutter and/or React Native app development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (if using React Native) or Dart (if using Flutter).
- Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design best practices.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and managing app state efficiently.
- Experience building applications from scratch in a greenfield environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug mobilespecific issues.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear and proactive communication.
Preferred/Desirable:
- Experience or familiarity with fintech banking or regulated environments.
- Exposure to continuous integration and deployment of mobile apps.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques for mobile platforms.
- Strong commitment to clean scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Eagerness to work in a team setting where ideas are exchanged freely and constructively.
- Comfort with high ambiguity and the dynamic pace of a greenfield project.
