Job Overview:
A leading company in the car rental industry is seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused Customer Support Representative fluent in both Croatian and English to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries related to car rentals. This role requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be working remotely while being based in Greece and adhering to a set weekly schedule that includes both weekday and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone email and potentially other communication channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding bookings cancellations modifications billing and other car rentalrelated issues.
- Provide accurate information about car rental services policies and procedures.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process booking amendments cancellations and other service requests accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
- Adhere to the assigned work schedule including weekdays 10:00 am to 6:30 pm) and weekends 11:00 am to 7:30 pm) Greek time.
- Utilize company systems and tools effectively to manage customer interactions and information.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Croatian is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably within the travel or car rental industry (advantageous).
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent listening and empathy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Must be based in Athens Greece.
- Availability to work the specified shift schedule including weekends.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
