Your Mission
As a Rumble Trainer youll be the heartbeat of every class. Youll coach connect and bring the kind of energy that keeps people coming back. Whether youre teaching boxing combos or strength circuits youll meet members where they areand push them further than they thought possible.
What Youll Do
Command the Room
- Deliver unforgettable highintensity classes that blend boxing and strength training
- Flow with the beatsyncing workouts to Rumbles signature playlists
- Follow our unique programming while adding your personal spark to keep things fresh
Connect & Inspire
- Build genuine relationships with members to create a tightknit supportive vibe
- Offer realtime technique coaching to ensure both safety and effectiveness
- Tailor progressions and modifications so every participant feels seen and successful
Set the Standard
- Arrive early and own the atmosphereset up vibe up and welcome members with energy
- Keep the studio clean polished and running smoothly
- Commit to growth through regular training coaching and development sessions
Stay Ready
- Be flexible and teammindedready to jump in and cover when needed
- Maintain a consistently high standard of class quality and member experience
What You Bring to the Ring
The Skills
- A bold magnetic presence with a genuine passion for fitness and people
- Exceptional communicationyou know how to lead inspire and motivate with clarity
- Energyreading superpowersyou can adjust your vibe to match and elevate the room
- Strong coaching instincts offering effective corrections and inclusive guidance
The Credentials
- At least 6 months of experience in group fitness or personal training
- CPR/AED certification (current and required)
- Fitness certification from NASM ACE ISSA NSCA AFAA or an approved equivalent
