Freelance Logistics Admin (English/Malay Written & Verbal Onsite)
Salary: RM1500/month

As part of our ongoing expansion we are looking for a Freelance Logistics Admin to support our logistics team in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detailoriented reliable and eager to gain experience in a fastpaced logistics environment.
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone email and chat
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer and logistics data
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
Escalate complex issues as needed while following internal SOPs
Assist in tracking shipments scheduling deliveries and preparing reports
Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field
Strong proficiency in English and Malay (verbal and written)
Prior experience in logistics admin or customer service is an advantage
Techsavvy with good command of Microsoft Office and computer operations
Able to work independently multitask and handle pressure
Freelance 5 working days per week (onsite)
May involve rotational shifts
Monthly Salary: RM1500 (freelance basis)
