Job Description
Position: Marketing Director
Salary: $6000$8000 per month
Location: Phnom Penh
Our client a leader real estate development is seeking a Marketing Director to oversee their branding initiatives. If you think that could be you apply today.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for industry analysis in the overseas real estate sector including market and regional research competitor analysis and providing regular market research reports.
Oversee external brand communication and extract the brands core values in line with the companys branding strategy.
Manage the marketing team and provide marketrelated training and guidance to team members and relevant departments.
Have experience in managing marketing for largescale primary land development projects or integrated primary and secondary real estate projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above in Marketing Marketing Management or a related field; able to work independently in an Englishspeaking environment.
Experience in market management within large real estate groups.
Experience in managing marketing for large overseas real estate projects is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and team management skills with a sharp market sense.
Additional:
Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Public holidays are observed as per standard regulations.
24 paid working days of annual leave 18 6 days).
