Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure the timely delivery of products/services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics supply chain management and proven leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and costeffectiveness.
Coordinate with suppliers vendors and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Monitor inventory levels and analyze data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
Oversee the tracking and tracing of shipments to ensure ontime delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
Implement and maintain logisticsrelated KPIs to measure and improve operational performance.
Lead and motivate a team of logistics personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Investigate and resolve any logistical issues or customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations customs procedures and inventory management.
Proficient in using logistics software and tools for tracking and managing shipments.
Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
Proven leadership experience in managing a team of logistics professionals.
Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
