The Role

As the Vice President Portfolio Tools Strategy you will lead the strategy and for the next generation of our enterprise planning and delivery tools in support of our technology portfolio. You will work closely with a team of multidisciplinary and dedicated team members collaborating across Fidelity to ensure our solutions meet stakeholder needs and provide successful outcomes.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Experience: 10 years in technology leadership program management or strategy and planning roles. Experience with portfolio management and workforce tools and processes. Deep knowledge of program management frameworks tools and methodologies.
Leadership: Proven experiences leading teams to deliver and driving large sophisticated programs for a sizable organization.
Communication:Strong executive presence and storytelling routinely engaging updating and presenting to senior leadership. You can articulate a point of view in a compelling and succinct manner to drive decision making through concise recommendations
Decision making and problem solving: You can represent large complex problems and solutions at the rightlevel for senior consumption and decision making.
Effective influence: Using your diplomacy skills you can build consensus and stakeholderadvocacy to influence positive outcomes on behalf of your team Fidelity Technology andenterprise priorities. You have a proven track record of collaborating to build consensus across multiple levels of the organization.
Collaborative: An outstanding partner you excel at establishing and building relationships through collaboration and a mutual commitment to have proven experience partnering across Fidelity Technology to understand unique business needs and develop collaborative solutions to support portfolio management needs.
Technically savvy: You are comfortable in engaging with the technical community todevelop the right solutions to meet our portfolio management needs
The Team
The Vice President Portfolio Tools Strategy is a key leadership role in our Portfolio Management Technology function within Enterprise Technology Strategy and Planning. We are responsible for the Portfolio and Resource Management Tools that support delivery for 30000 associates across Fidelity.
