Best Buy Co. Inc. has an opening for a Supply Chain Associate at our corporate headquarters location in Richfield Minnesota. Analyze and coordinate strategies associated with customer order fulfillment (ship to home and customer pick up) advancing existing and developing new fulfillment capabilities. Manage activities with crossfunctional partners such as core business supply chain retail and services technology vendors and advise partners on actions needed to drive fulfillment . Analyze performance against targets program metrics and benchmarks. Partner within Supply Chain to oversee and drive improvements in processes and communication. Measure effectiveness of business strategies or practices and engage with external partners to identify new developments across the industry that could apply to Best Buys inventory processes. Align corporate strategy with existing capabilities and business needs. Maintain and develop strong business relationships with crossfunctional leaders acting as subject matter expert and business partner. Utilize internal and external resources to define opportunities for improving business results through multichannel inventory management. Review reports and business data and advise on project progress and results. Drive others to deliver measurable outcomes. Requires: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration International Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics Logistics Management or a closely related business discipline plus two years of experience 1 overseeing fulfillment activities with crossfunctional groups for a multinational company in the electronics retail industry; 2 driving others to deliver measurable outcomes; 3 driving improvement processes in supply chain and distribution/transportation for a consumeroriented multibrand business; 4 evaluating logistics performance against metrics; and 5 developing new processes and strategies for improvement to meet business needs. Salary for the position ranges from $61630 to $103522 per year commensurate with experience.
