Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to plan workforce needs and support recruitment through strategic sourcing interviews and offers.
- Employee Experience: Lead onboarding employee relations and engagement initiatives to boost retention and culture.
- Performance & Development: Support performance cycles facilitate feedback sessions and drive learning programs with the L&D team.
- Engagement & Wellbeing: Plan teambuilding recognition and wellness activities to enhance morale and productivity.
- Compensation Support: Assist with job evaluations internal equity and recognition programs.
- People Insights: Share datadriven HR insights and updates with BU leaders and senior management.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or business partner in a tech or digitalfirst environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Handson knowledge of HR tools systems and data reporting
