Job Title: GermanSpeaking Customer & Sales Representative Work Remotely from Northern Portugal
Location: Remote (You must be living in Northern Portugal)

Are you a confident German speaker who enjoys helping people and has a knack for sales Were on the lookout for a Customer & Sales Representative to support our Germanspeaking customers all from the comfort of your home in Northern Portugal.
In this remote role youll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our service. From answering questions to suggesting tailored solutions youll play a key part in ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
What Youll Be Doing:

Responding to customer queries via phone chat and email in German

Providing clear information about products and services to meet client needs

Handling issues or complaints calmly and professionally

Ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth highquality service experience

Recommending relevant services or solutions when appropriate

Fluency in German (spoken and written)
