Your Responsibilities:

Provide excellent support to Germanspeaking customers via phone email and live chat

Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions using indepth product knowledge

Handle complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency

Ensure a smooth positive and memorable customer experience from start to finish

Promote additional services and offers where appropriate

Who Were Looking For:

Intermediate level of English

Previous experience in customer service or sales is a big plus
