Job Description
We are seeking an experienced & skilled individual to join the IT Support team for our fast growing and dynamic environment. This includes desktop provisioning asset management and meeting business critical SLAs. This role will involve support of multiple facilities and a mix of recycling and production operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Tier 1Desktop support laptop management domain accounts software support printers etc.
- Provision Maintain and Support Windows MacOS Linux iOS and Android based systems and devices.
- Tier 1 support for Servers & Network infrastructure.
Desired Qualifications
- 12 years in an IT Support related role related to industrial or manufacturing operations.
- Supporting HMIs label printers scanners and other process support equipment.
- IT Desktop Support & System Administration AD Azure VMWare Windows MacOS Linux.
- Excellent customer service attitude and selfmotivation.
