Commercial Aviation Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage small mid and large market aviation accounts from setting prerenewal meetings to binding coverages once terms have been agreed on renewals.
- Engage in remarketing and underwriter negotiations consult on changes and process certificates and endorsements.
- Create presentations for the producer or the client as required.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Property & Casualty license in all states the company does business in.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in prospecting hunting selling and closing Commercial Aviation Insurance business.
- Experience with an independent agency in Commercial Aviation Insurance.
- Experience in quotashare placement.
- Proven record of career stability and longevity.
- Strong relationships with underwriting and a keen interest in client service.
- Experience with mid or large market Commercial Aviation Accounts. Note: experience with smaller accounts private planes or luxury jets is not relevant.
