Job Description
Position: District Manager

Velocitality is a rapidly growing recruiting company specializing in restaurants and hospitality. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to run restaurants in the Memphis Tennessee area.
Salary range is 80k90k per year. Robust bonus plan and great benefits.
As the District Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations within a designated district. You will be a key leader in our organization working closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales improve operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of restaurant managers and support staff within your designated district
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals for your district
Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Ensure that all restaurants within your district are operating in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local state and federal regulations
Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations provide coaching and feedback to managers and ensure food safety and brand standards are being met
Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness
Collaborate with the training department to ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and employee development
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities making recommendations for improvements and innovations within the district
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a district or multiunit management role in the fast food or fast casual restaurant industry
Proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent problemsolving decisionmaking and communication skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations including food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
Willingness to travel within the designated district and occasionally to other locations as required
