Job Description
Work Setup: 3 days onsite 2 days work from home/week
Location: 5th Avenue BGC Taguig
Schedule: Day Shift
Industry: FinTech
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in collections credit risk management or a similar analytical role in the financial services or fintech sector.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel SQL Tableau Python or R).
- SQL experience required
- Excellent analytical critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong in communication and collaboration skills.
- Actual experience in collection analysis within the retail credit business/retail financing business
Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular reports on collection metrics including flow rates recovery rates Collection productivity and effectiveness and other relevant KPIs.
- Monitoring Collection performance on a daily basis and identifying problems.
- Analyze collection data to identify trends patterns and areas of improvement. Perform indepth analysis when needed and report to management for necessary followup action.
- Participate in new program/strategy launch and process change implementation. Collaborate with other related functions to ensure the implementation is delivered smoothly
- Work with the Data Science team for advanced analytics and exploring ideas for improvement
