Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Experience of Property claims handling but less such experience can be compensated by other relevant experience in the (preferably international) insurance industry
Experience of Property claims is required experience of Marine/Cargo claims is an advantage
Some kind of higher education is an advantage
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Swedish other Nordic languages is an advantage
Outstanding collaborative skills in a fastpaced teamcentric environment with the ability to present information in a clear insightful and concise manner.
The ability to demonstrate critical thinking decision making and problemsolving skills.
Organisational and time management skills with attention to details

Our Claims team sets us apart. Our experienced Claims professionals use their specialized expertise to handle even the most complex claims seamlessly.
We are currently seeking a Claims Specialist with experience of Property claims to join the Nordic Claims team.
DISCOVER your opportunity
In a small team of experienced handlers you will play a critical rolein managing and resolving claims filed by or against AXA XLs policyholders. You will interact and collaborate with regional Practice Leaders the professional underwriting team and with brokers and clients on assigned accounts taking ownership of critical issues relating to claims management.
What will your essential responsibilities include
Investigate negotiate and settle all assigned lead Property claims promptly and equitably within the provisions of the policies
Supervise specific accounts and work closely with the representatives of our clients and brokers driving all assigned claims to their ultimate resolution and best possible outcome
Interact and cooperate actively with our international claims network as well as other core business functions
You will report to the Nordic Claims Manager.
