The Preowned Manager is responsible for optimizing sales and profitability while overseeing and managing the operations of our preowned vehicle department. The Preowned Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales achieving targets and ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing leadership and effective business practices. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales of preowned vehicles.
- Manage inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Hire train and develop a team of automotive sales consultants.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Preowned Manager
- Valid instate drivers license and clean driving record

Pay: $144000 to $216000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary commissions bonuses benefits (vacation and sick) etc. Employees in this position will be paid a base salary of $72000 per year. Commissions are expected to range from $72000 to $144000 per year based on performance.
