A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD PLUMBER
In this role your day begins at our central Citrus Heights location where you meet up with your team before heading out to your first job. Youre the goto expert whether its troubleshooting an urgent residential issue or overseeing a large commercial project. You use your extensive experience to diagnose problems implement solutions and ensure everything is up to code.
As the Lead Plumber you guide and mentor a team of technicians making sure every job is completed on time safely and with the highest level of professionalism. Your workday isnt just about fixing pipesits about building lasting customer relationships and leading a team thats eager to learn and succeed. With flexible hours including the option for overtime and weekend work no two days are ever the same!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience as a technician
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing systems
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed
- Employee must be available to work oncall
- Must have remodel and Carpentry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership experience or interest in mentoring junior technicians
WORK SCHEDULE
This fulltime position works Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
