8 Years of Overall IT and BA Experience; Preferably in BPM and Process ManagementExtensive exposure into BankingExperience in Pega Development or understanding of Basic Pega concepts is communication with experience liaising with clientsUnderstands the business vision and translates to technology impacts and knowledge while acting as the liaison between business and technology teams for requirement elicitation analysis management and documentation Taps into a wide degree of creativity and initiativeWorkshop facilitation skillsExperience using JIRA and confluence for maintaining and tracking project artifacts Bachelors Degree
