Brokerage Specialist

Job Description Summary

This Broker Specialist is a licensed position responsible for support and management of client service activities providing superior marketing research and administrative support critical to the overall success of the broker(s). The Broker Specialist will interact with various departments within the organization on behalf of the team to ensure they are able to meet the needs of their clients. In this capacity the Brokerage Specialist will be viewed as a direct line of communications to the feeearner themselves.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Source new business through creative marketing and research efforts
Develop and maintain client communication and provide value add content
Lead and manage content creation process with regards to timeline and production cycle
Coordinate with other departments based on the needs of the feeearner
Support timeliness of deliverables

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development Support
Research ownership information for a targeted area and/or targeted product types
Create value add marketing materials to acquire new business and maintain existing/prior business relationships
Evaluate market and/or success of the team to develop and market our strengths to drive new business
Marketing Strategy and Coordination Support
Manage all aspects of marketing for the Team including strategy concept and
Create a marketing plan for each property and execute accordingly
Manage coordination with other departments on behalf of feeearner for the creation of pitch/proposal/new listings and deliver content as necessary
Maintain calendar of due dates and follow up as necessary
Schedule meetings with feeearner and other departments for review and feedback
Schedule meetings with prospects and arrange any other accommodations that may be required such as catering transportation and space reservations
Help develop new business development ideas and strategies such as new thought pieces value add pieces to clients quarterly market beat updates speaking engagements etc.
Coordinate and draft Press Releases for recently closed deals
Coordinate with Marketing on the production of pitch/proposals and ability to step in and design new marketing materials and update existing marketing materials on an as needed basis.
Perform basic data gathering such as property searches and site selections on behalf of feeearner as appropriate
Populate template market documents such as tour books property flyers and brochures
Schedule follow up meetings as necessary to review content
Other Service Delivery
Work with feeearner and Marketing to determine if material request requires marketing assistance
Coordinate with team to execute on the project lifecycle
Maintain CRM
Research new pursuits
Enter new leads and opportunities into the CRM system and update accordingly
Respond to Data Requests
Communicate requests with Marketing Research and Financial Analyst for the delivery of necessary information
Maintain calendar of due dates and follow up as necessary
Respond to requests under certain threshold such as basic property or ownership searches

Conduct Other Administrative Duties as necessary

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $55250.00 $65000.00
