Shift Lead
Starting Pay Range: $16$18/Hour
Full Time/Part Time: Part Time
Schedule: Variety of opening mid and closing shifts.

As a Shift Lead at FatCats youll be at the forefront of ensuring our guests have an amazing experience while keeping the team engaged and motivated. Youll support daily operations lead by example and help drive the team toward meeting goals. If youre organized confident and excited to take the next step in leadership this role is for you!

A Day in the Life of a Shift Lead
Youll start the shift with a quick team huddle sharing goals and priorities for the day. Throughout your shift youll coach team members assist guests and handle any challenges that arise ensuring operations run smoothly. Using your leadership skills youll monitor financial objectives track labor costs and encourage upselling to maximize revenue. Before wrapping up youll review team performance and report any needs or concerns to the management team.
The Schedule
Flexibility is key. As a Shift Lead youll work a mix of shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts setting a positive tone and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
- Facilitate preshift meetings to communicate daily goals and priorities effectively.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally ensuring exceptional service.
- Oversee daily operations including tracking revenue managing labor costs and encouraging upselling.
- Foster a collaborative environment addressing team strengths concerns and development opportunities.
- Maintain strong organizational and problemsolving skills in a fastpaced environment.
