Expected hours of work per week: 6
Work Location & Hours: Brock Hall between 9am and 4pm MTh

Qualifications for Position:
- Ability to work independently particularly for online research projects and data entry.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite equivalents.
- Detailoriented and personable.
- Interest in intercultural contexts and study abroad opportunities
Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate databases for courses and trips.
- Copy scan and collate course documents and applications.
- Create marketing materials such as handouts posters and JPEGS for the office.
- Research programs for potential study abroad and offcampus experiences.
- Coordinate students and faculty for informational events via email.
- Secretarial notetaking or correspondence dictation
- Handle limited financial reporting
- Assist on a variety of daily duties and special projects.
