Be the Face of ABA in Denver! Marketing & Business Development Representative

We are expanding our lifechanging ABA therapy services to the Denver metro area and we need a gogetter to introduce our mission build connections and spread the word about how we can help children and families. This is not your average desk jobyoull be out in the community networking marketing and making real connections with the people who need us most.
Why This Role is Awesome
As our first bootsontheground representative in Colorado youll have the unique opportunity to shape our presence in the Denver area. Youll be the face of Alora meeting with schools healthcare providers and community leaders to introduce them to the power of ABA therapy. Plus youll attend industry events visit potential referral sources and even flex your creative side with digital and print marketing!
What Youll Be Doing
- Spreading the Word Introduce Alora Behavioral Health to the Denver community build relationships and create brand awareness.
- Building Connections Meet with pediatricians therapists schools and community organizations to educate them about our ABA services.
- Engaging in the Community Represent Alora at conferences trade shows and networking events.
- Marketing with a Purpose Assist with digital and print marketing manage social media content and craft compelling newsletters.
- Planning and Organizing Help coordinate community events outreach initiatives and engagement campaigns.

- A creative thinker who can help drive innovative marketing strategies.
- An organized multitasker with solid time management skills.
- A person who genuinely wants to help families and children by connecting them to muchneeded services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing sales or business development is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to travel locally within the Denver metro area for site visits events and networking opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail for creating marketing materials and newsletters.
- Familiarity with ABA therapy or healthcare marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google applications email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) and design tools (e.g. Canva).
Bonus Points If You Have
- A background in marketing business development or communications.
- Experience in healthcare behavioral health or ABA therapy (or a willingness to learn!.
- Knowledge of social media content creation or community outreach.
