Minutemen Direct is recruiting Welders on all shifts for a large metal fabricator in Cleveland OH. Do you take pride in your work and want growth If so this is the position for you. Pay starts at $22.00 out of a vocational program and goes up based on skill level and expertise. Hours vary based on shift you select to work.
Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for welding various parts in different materials.
Grinding sanding and cutting (oxy fuel and hand plasma) conducts dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements. Experience in welding of carbon stainless or high alloy steels.
Experience with FCAW and GMAW spray transfer.
Mechanical aptitude required.
Understand and interpret blue prints and technical drawings.
Experience welding thick to thin structural members.
Required:
High School Diploma/GED
Vocational Schoolpreferred not required
Work Hours:
1st shift hours 5:00AM3:30PM 5
2nd shift hours 3:30PM2:00AM 4
Weekend shift hours FRI SAT SUN 6AM6PM 3
