Business Process Reengineering Specialist
Mclean/Falls Church VA
This is an Onsite Position.
EM Key Solutions is seeking a Project Analyst to support the development of policy doctrine and programs to meet our clients mission. The Project Analyst will join a team of individuals supporting client programs and initiatives focusing on the continuity of existing achievements while preparing for the future with studies and analysis program evaluation management and support business process reengineering and change management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting the analysis definition review and documentation of project/program requirements throughout its lifecycle; providing support to the planning direction and oversight to achieve scope schedule budget and performance objectives.
- Assisting with the planning and of functional solutions providing client support during the implementation phase.
- Monitoring and evaluating the overall project/program including tracking and reporting on budget and financial status.
- Conducting analysis (e.g. policy data risk) and research to generate recommendations that align with client needs and adhere to project/program policies procedures enterprise strategies and governing directives.
- Alerting the project team to any issues or discrepancies and serving as a liaison for the team.
- Conducting research to identify trends as well as preparing and revising proposals reports and presentations.
- Performing analytical tasks to ensure the project remains aligned with its goals and objectives.
- Collecting analyzing and communicating requirements and changes to business processes and policies between internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing overall support to the project team including creating managing and distributing project reports.
- Maintaining project assets communications and relevant databases.
- Offering operational support to the government Program Office.
- Assisting team members in ensuring the delivery of highquality products and services that meet client expectations and requirements.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree.
Required Skills:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook).
- Highly collaborative personality with outstanding personal and team engagement skills.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and oral.
- Exceptional team player focusing on delivering value to our customer in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to read write and speak in English fluently for effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Possesses analytical skills with the ability to gather analyze and interpret data to influence decisionmaking.
- Selfmanaged junior professional who desires to positively impact their team.
- Focused on quality assurance.
Clearance:
Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance or already carry an active Secret or higher Clearance level. The selected candidate will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
