Tasks and Qualifications:
Your role:
As a Scrum Master you will be a key enabler of agile transformation within our software development teams at our vibrant Barcelona Digital Hub. Youll coach mentor and challenge crosscultural and multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve their agility effectiveness and selforganization.
Your work will directly contribute to the business success in delivering highimpact and innovative digital solutions in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a coach facilitator mentor and change agent to support teams in adopting and living agile values and principles.
- Collaborate closely with developers Product Owners and leadership to enhance team effectiveness and product delivery.
- Design and facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies that drive alignment foster ownership and energize teams.
- Moderate team and stakeholder meetings both internally and at customer sites.
- Support teams in identifying and resolving conflicts constructively helping turn tension into progress.
- Continuously promote a mindset of continuous improvement learning and innovation.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude toward collaboration and feedback
- Passion for agile methodologies and an interest in technical topics
- A degree or relevant vocational training with a business or technical focus
- Proficiency in English; Other languages are a plus
