Platform Specialist Azure JD:Product Support:Serve as the first point of contact/SME for all DWP technical issues troubleshooting and user and resolve technical problems related to DWP discussing complex issues with vendor teams when system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize Configuration and Optimization:Continuously identify opportunities to optimize the platform for improved usability and up to date with AppSpace Beezy updates new features and best practices to ensure the organization is leveraging the platform to its fullest compliance with all HSBC Cloud internal policies and engineering standards across cloud infrastructure security and DevOps CollaborationWork closely with internal stakeholders including IT HR and department heads to align Digital Workplace functionality with business feedback from users to identify pain points and recommend as a liaison between the organization and Digital Workplace support and development team.
