Join a Dynamic Anesthesia Practice Findlay Ohio
A reputable hospital in Findlay Ohio is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to become a valued member of their anesthesia team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative highacuity environment with diverse case exposure and excellent compensation.
Case Mix: You will gain experience in a wide variety of cases including:
- Cardiac vascular and thoracic
- OB and pediatrics
- Neuro and trauma
- General surgery and orthopedics
Schedule and Call Details:
- Flexible shift options: 8 10 or 12hour shifts
- Inhouse 24hour call for cardiactrained CRNAs
- All 24 hours count toward the 80hour pay period
- Additional pay of $130/hour for hours worked over 80 in a twoweek period
- Overtime opportunities available
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $235000$250000 Based on Experience
- Additional Benefits:
- $100000 in student loan reimbursement for a 5year commitment or up to $60000 signon bonus
- Competitive hourly pay for overtime
- Seven weeks of vacation 280 hours total time off)
- Comprehensive benefits package including health dental and retirement plans
Qualifications:
- Cardiactrained CRNAs are required to take call
- Proficiency in airway management regional anesthesia and preoperative evaluation
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems
