Job Description
Independently execute test scripts and record results.
Review Module Definitions or Design Specifications and create test scripts and test data.
Attend walkthroughs of new functionality.
Modify test scripts and test data.
Integrate enhancements to test scripts while maintaining consistency of performance expectations
Regularly consults the architects on behalf of the team to ensure and maintain technical integrity of the project.
Clearly understands and communicates client requirements internally
Mentors less experienced staff and consult with peers
Keep Testing Leader informed of delays in testing activities or problems arising from variances
Follows and promotes the agreed Best Practices and their supporting documentation
Integrate enhancements to test scripts while maintaining consistency of performance expectations
Travel after/off hours and extended onsite work may be required. May also be required to be on call during nonstandard work hours.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Incumbent is accountable for professional working behavior to include; building and maintaining constructive working relationships implementing proactive and concise communication acting as a resource to colleagues and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSGs core competencies and values.
