Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering & Analysis:Experience in Life Insurance processesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AIled automation Automation Strategy:Work closely with data scientists machine learning engineers and IT teams to design and implement AIdriven automation solutions for life insurance processes such as underwriting claims processing and policy current workflows and identify areas for improvement through AI robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation Mapping & Optimization:Analyze and map existing business processes in life insurance and suggest improvements through AI and and implement process automation solutions that enhance efficiency reduce errors and improve customer Management & Coordination:Manage and oversee the of AIled automation projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business with crossfunctional teams including data scientists software developers and business stakeholders to ensure successful & Validation:Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist with system integration testing of AIenabled automation & Analytics:Develop reports and dashboards to track automation performance KPIs and business ongoing analysis and insights on the effectiveness of AIdriven automation within life insurance Management & Training:Assist with the change management process ensuring that endusers understand and adopt the new AIdriven automation business users and stakeholders on new automation systems ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of the Improvement:Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in AI machine learning and automation technologies relevant to the life insurance and drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation processes.
