Security Patrol Officer
Site Type: UNARMED
Location: St. Petersburg
Job Type: Part time/Full time
Service Hours: S.O will be stationed in a Mobile Unit and complete assigned Night Patrol route that starts at 1800

Job Description: Excelsior Defense is seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Patrol Officer to join our growing guard force. This role involves following a schedule Night Patrol route and will patrol various sites and complete Mobile Patrol Reports each shift. Report must be composed in a detailed manner for submission.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible presence at the patrol site location.
- Monitor and prevent illegal dumping of furniture and large cardboard.
- Verbally warn violators and if noncompliance continues take pictures of the violator and their vehicle.
- Compile and email daily reports to the client detailing all activities and incidents.
- Use a company vehicle with strobe light bars (if applicable) or remain on foot to monitor the site.
- Communicate effectively with the Excelsior Defense team and the client.
- Maintain Patrol vehicle in good working order/condition
Requirements:
- Mobile Patrol Officer/Patrol Supervisor Experience preferred.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confrontational situations professionally.
- Basic proficiency in using cameras and other security equipment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must have a valid Florida Class D Security Officer License. G License is a plus but not required.
