Job Description
The Service Shop Maintenance/Lot Porter assists both the Service Department in maintaining the Service shop drive and service parking lots and in transporting vehicles to appropriate departments for service and inventory control.
Job Responsibilities:
- Valet parks and delivers vehicles in accordance with policy and under direction of the Service department
- Maintains cleanliness of the Service department (operating floor machine sweeping throwing out trash and tires keeping all benches and tool boxes clean.
- Assist Service department in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations
- Inusring the Service department/shop is cleaned neatand ready for the next day of business
- May pickup or deliver customers as requested using dealership vehicles as needed
- Wash Service customer vehicles as needed
Requirements:
- Require strong verbal and written communications skills
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Enthusiasm strong communication skills positive attitude ambition work ethic professional conduct high integrity and dedication to personal improvement
