Flex Security Officer Paid Weekly!
Our Flex position is ideal for candidates that are looking for career advancement!
Location: Tualatin OR
Pay:$21.00/hour
The Flex Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role requires flexibility in work hours locations and tasks to meet the needs of various assignments across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills be able to handle emergency situations and exhibit professionalism at all times. Typical Flex Officer Objectives:
- Makes vehicular and foot patrols of the interior and exterior of 1012 buildings two times per one eighthour shift
- Performs audits of security devices door locks and card readers on a weekly basis
- Will be dispatched by Control Room Officers to provide assistance to client personnel and during emergency situations
- Flex Officers may also be trained as Control Room Officers
- All candidates must have the flexibility and availability to work either days and swings (generallyandswings and nights (generally fromandor nights and daysand
- The Flex Officer will not be required to work both shifts at the same time but must be available to work within the parameters of their selected availability

Flex Officer Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED
- Strong computer and technology skills needed
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Suite and SmartPhones (for using a Vision Device) helpful
- Must be able to multitask and work independently
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be comfortable walking and standing for long periods of time
- Valid Drivers License and clear driving record needed for Driver Certification
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
