Job Overview:
As the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the warehouse ensuring that all deliveries orders and inventory are handled efficiently. You will manage a small but dedicated team tasked with receiving inspecting assembling tagging and delivering furniture. Your role will involve coordinating deliveries organizing the staging and movement of furniture for loading and pickup and tracking the flow of goods throughout the warehouse. Youll also work closely with our owner and our Design Sales and Workroom teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead by example. Inspire and manage a small warehouse staff ensuring they are properly trained motivated and productive. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide helpful feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Sales and Workroom teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Communicate with store owner and attend scheduled leadership meetings to ensure cooperation within teams.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns provide updates on deliveries and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Product Flow Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency product flow and storage. Implement and maintain warehouse systems that ensure efficiency accuracy and optimal use of space.
- Receiving & Assembly: Oversee the receiving process ensuring all items are inspected tagged and correctly stored. Manage the assembly and repair team to handle customer product issues. Utilize your knowledge of furniture assembly and minor repairs to support the team as needed.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Track inventory and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items. Monitor inventory levels order necessary supplies and ensure proper stock management practices are followed.
- Warehouse Operations: Maintain an orderly and wellorganized warehouse. Oversee the preparation for daily loading ensuring that all furniture is staged appropriately and handled with care and efficiency.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Oversee the scheduling of deliveries and pickups ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the warehouse and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills time management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with managing deliveries assembly receiving and repair processes.
- Knowledge of furniture handling assembly and staging for efficient product flow and loading.
- Strong communication skills and and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
- Ability to think critically and proactively solve problems.
- Proficient in inventory management ordering supplies and creating efficient workflows.
- Knowledge of warehouse systems and best practices for inventory tracking and management.
- Ability to stand for long periods and the ability lift and move heavy furniture and products as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of furniture assembly and minor repairs is highly desirable.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
