Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Manager to join our team in Mequon United States. The ideal candidate will oversee all warehouse operations ensuring smooth logistics inventory management and team coordination.

  • Manage and optimize daily warehouse operations including receiving storing and shipping of goods
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff promoting a safe and productive work environment
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and delivery schedules
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Manage equipment maintenance schedules and facility upkeep
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of customer vehicles ensuring proper documentation
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual inventory audits
  • Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory generate reports and analyze data
  • Collaborate with suppliers and transportation providers to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar role
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory control systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations logistics and supply chain management
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly with occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs
  • Familiarity with lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
