Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement complex gameplay systems and core features using C# and Unity (URP).
Optimize performance across platforms with a focus on memory management frame rate and asset loading.
Create and maintain development tools editors and debugging utilities to streamline the production pipeline.
Work closely with design and art teams to translate vision into immersive gameplay mechanics.
Build and extend reusable systems such as animation controllers input handling networking and scene management.
Perform code reviews enforce coding standards and mentor junior developers when needed.
Integrate thirdparty SDKs services and custom native plugins (e.g. C Android/iOS bindings).
Debug and resolve complex issues across game logic UI and platformspecific behaviors.
Requirements
5 years of professional experience in Unity game development.
Deep expertise in C# objectoriented programming and Unitys scripting lifecycle.
Proven track record of shipping at least one complex game or interactive application.
Strong understanding of performance optimization in Unity: GC memory rendering etc.
Experience with Unity and multiplatform deployment (PC mobile).
Comfortable working with Git CI/CD workflows and automated build pipelines.
Familiarity with shader development (HLSL/Shader Graph) and the Unity rendering pipeline.
Strong debugging skills with experience using Unity Profiler logs and visualizers.
