About the role:
- Work on complex matters such as suitability issues & complaints.
- Investigate complaints about the conduct of professionals.
- Liaise with key stakeholders.
- Identify key conduct issues analyse & examine the evidence and draft succinct and well researched recommendations on the complaints.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer with at least 5 PQE and prior litigation investigatory regulatory or administrative law experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills ensuring deadlines are met.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to use clear concise language in correspondence and reports.
