DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Maintenance/Custodial Team Member assists in maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the stores facilities. The Maintenance/Custodial Team Members responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Maintains exterior areas (parking lot fuel dispensers etc.
- Cleans and stocks all indoor areas and fixtures (fountain soda area beverage and beer coolers restrooms etc.
- Cleans equipment inside and outside windows and stock rooms
- Completes light maintenance work as needed (changing light bulbs minor fixes to equipment etc.
- Empties inside and outside trash cans
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive attitude
- Friendly patient and honest
- Ability to perform maintenance work without restrictions
- Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- High School Graduate or equivalent
