Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Test Lead to collaborateclosely with software development and IT teams within Computershare Technology Services.

A role you will love
As our Test Lead you will work within a highly skilled team in an Agile environment. You will have full ownership of Test Scoping Planning Analysis Design Implementation Reporting Exit & Closure activities to assess functional suitability of software delivered.
Some key responsibilities:
- Demand Management and resource planning for Functional Test activities.
- Providing feedback on product quality to stakeholders to enable them to make informed decisions.
- Managing testing projects with significant risk/change factors.
- Leading Defect Management activities.
- Leading identification of risks issues assumptions and dependencies affecting test activities.
What will you bring to the role
As our Test Lead you will be responsible for leading functional software test delivery activities to ensure that the level of quality delivered aligns with the organisational risk appetite.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Significant experience in a Quality Engineering / Software Testing role.
- Experience of financial services mortgage servicing share registry or employee share plan.
- Awareness of external trends and emerging technologies as well as embracing a culture of continuous improvement to process and product development.
- Excellent aptitude for gaining information from product owners / subject matter experts to secure a detailed understanding of the systems under test and the relevant domain / business knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and some evaluative judgment based on best practice and previous experience.
