What you will do:

PartTime Assistant Manager

Cineplexs PartTime Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.

In this role your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist with leading and managinga dedicated team of employees and when necessarytake an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
  • Manage the guest experience ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
  • Assist with managing your theatres budget and growing revenue.
  • Forecast initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canadas #1premier film exhibition company.

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

  • You have experience in a similar environment.
  • You can analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options solutions and resolutions required.
  • You have demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
  • You have strong conflict resolution negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
