Description
As the Operations Manager at ChildServe youll be responsible for the successful efficient effective and safe management of administration support activities and operational functions for all assigned programs and locations.
What Youll Do
- Ensure all operational processes are current documented implemented and managed effectively and efficiently.
- When appropriate align department functions with organizationwide policy and procedure.
- Collaborate with service leaders to integrate clinical and operational needs.
- Manage and/or coordinate centralized functions with facilities safety and IT teams.
- Manage compliance with external regulations. Monitor compliance standards to maintain accreditation and complete accreditation application/documentation as needed.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance programs and complete audits for assigned services in collaboration with clinical and service managers.
- Identify and monitor key business results and ensure budget achievement for assigned departments and/or programs.
- Supervise the team through effective hiring training coaching and performance management. Ensure the development of staff to achieve high results.
What Youll Need
- Bachelors degree.
- Three years of office/administrative experience.
- Three years of supervisory experience.
- Healthcare administration or office management experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading writing and speaking the English language.
