Requirements

- Skills and experience required to handle a wood burning oven effectively.
- Strong knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and ingredient combinations.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
