Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager in San Mateo CA to champion innovation by facilitating research projects and cultivation of engineering ideas. Requires a Masters degree in Engineering Management Software Engineering or related field or equivalent and two 2 years of experience coordinating with product and cross functional teams to evaluate story points hold Scrums perform capacity planning sprint reviews and retrospectives; planning sprint releases; running sync up meetings; reporting to stakeholders with trends insights and forecasts regarding capacity planning release timelines and project performance through data analysis; preparing and maintaining project artifacts including standup notes project plans sprint retrospectives project release calendars and release checklists; identifying risks including resource unavailability scope creep deviating from the critical path and communicating timely to stakeholders; documenting project discussions and release checklists; facilitating product backlog grooming through categorization and prioritization of features by partnering with product owners and engineering managers; tracking project risks and performance through sprint planning and sprint retrospectives; and documenting processes and maintaining project artifacts including traceability matrixes technical specification documents and regression test suites. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Sony is an EOE.
Salary range: $210352.00 $281500.00/year
