INTERNET MANAGER
FULL TIME
GREAT PAY WITH MONTHLY BONUS!
Starting $$2500 salary with a percentage of the stores new and used front/ back gross.
Also a bonus for different closing ratio levels.

Qualifications
- Successful track record in Internet sales auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department management
- The ability to manage high call volumes internet leads and call lists simultaneously
- Overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations
- Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
- High school diploma/GED
- Basic computer skills
- Dealership BDC experience
- Must have valid drivers license

Responsibilities
- When you join our dealership family youll be asked to manage supervise and execute BDC customer communications (email and telephone) in a manner that aligns with our dealerships highest standards
- Youll also oversee a team of dedicated BDC coordinators and train them in the providing proper and effective customer communication
- Oversee daily internet department operations
- Recruit and train internet staff
- Understand buying profiles and patterns of typical telephone prospects
- Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results
- Prepare individual call results reports for internet staff
- Record and listen to customer calls
- Train BDC staff by reviewing recorded/live calls and outcomes
- Review of performance and development of staff
- Interface with other department heads
