A role with Space & Presentation means youre on a mission to create better store space and experiences for our guest while maximizing sales. We are responsible for ensuring the right item is on the right shelf in the right store. On the Space side we do this by using analytics to determine the appropriate footage for each assortment for every store (adjacency). Each stores assortment is assigned to a planogram (POG) which is developed in Presentation to ensure the localized assortment meets presentation objectives and is associated to the correct location in a store. We believe that making increasingly better space allocation and presentation decisions will increase sales improve guest satisfaction and reduce outofstocks. Here youll partner with and manage crossfunctional project teams in Merchandising Store Design Marketing Store Operations and NonRetail Procurement from strategy to to achieve an inspiring and convenient instore guest experience. In this role you will lead and measure the implementation of key planogram analytical tools in partnership with your Merch BU. With this work you will ensure POGs are built with adequate financial and operational data drive enterprise reliability strategy forwardand play a key role in the future of POG analytics at Target.
As a Business Partner in Space & Presentation you will impact the product presentation and visual merchandising in all stores nationwide. You will build partnership with dynamic teams across the company and partner with category Buyers to create innovative and visually appealing merchandise presentations. You will develop innovative and costefficient product presentation displays as well as apply Buyer concepts to a format that all stores can execute nationwide.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
