Job Description

Description:

The F&I Manager at Leo Martin Chevrolet will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance and insurance department including working closely with customers and lenders to secure financing for vehicle purchases. This role will report to the General Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial transactions related to vehicle sales.
  • Coordinate with lenders to secure financing for customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
  • Train and supervise finance department staff.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to maximize profit on each sale.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in automotive finance and insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of lending practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
