Job Description

WeatherShield is a leading provider of highquality roofing solutions specializing in both retail and insurance claimbased roof replacements. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and toptier products to our clients across the country.

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Commercial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves extensive nationwide travel to meet with prospective clients build relationships and close deals on commercial roof replacements. The ideal candidate is a resultsdriven sales professional with experience in the roofing or construction industry and a proven ability to secure highvalue contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel nationwide 50 travel required) to prospect and close commercial roofing sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners facility managers and insurance adjusters.
  • Conduct onsite roof inspections and assessments to determine project scope and pricing.
  • Present proposals negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently.
  • Educate clients on roofing solutions materials and the insurance claim process.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project postsale.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends insurance policies and competitive market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in commercial sales preferably in roofing construction or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance claims process for roof replacements.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel nationwide frequently 50 of the time).
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

This role offers a competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn more through performancebased incentives.

Base Salary:
$100000 annually
This covers revenue generation up to $1.5 million at a 40 gross margin.

Performance Bonus:
Once you exceed $1.5 million in revenue you become eligible for a percentage of revenue earned beyond that point. The bonus structure is designed to reward strong sales and healthy marginswith a focus on hitting a 45 gross margin or better.
