We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and passionate about people operations.
Assist with daytoday operations of the HR functions and duties
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing recruitment etc.
Coordinate in conjunction with the HR Director projects meetings and training seminars
Support the onboarding process
Address employee queries about HRrelated issues and report to back to HR Director
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data
Assist in updating HR policies and procedures
Help organize and maintain HR digital and paper files
Proven experience as an HR Assistant HR Coordinator or similar role
Understanding of HR functions
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience with recruiting or onboarding
General knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
