Now Hiring: Overnight Guest Service Representative
Starting wages $16.50 per hour
Role Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Overnight agent you have the responsible to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:
Handling phone system transferring calls reservationsetc.
Hourly property walks and clean hallways/stairwells.
Assemble bed packs for dailydepartures.
Perform Checkin and Checkout procedures ifneeded.
Wash dry and fold the hotels daily laundry.
Prepare breakfast area for morning guests
Print night audit reports and assemble pack.
Maintain overall lobby guest laundry vending area appearance.
Be versed in all hotel emergencyprocedures.
