Your Career

We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager Managed Serviceswho will manage multiple small to medium sized managed services projects. The Project Manager is responsible for leading project crews to deliver projects on time and on budget with exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your Impact

  • Lead daily activities of client engagement including triaging cases for prioritization assignment and resolution. Maintain project records for assigned clients including RIDAC CSAT status Deployment records resource plans and weekly status reports within ServiceNow.
  • Ensure adherence to customer SLAs for incident/problem support and enhancements
  • Coordinate with internal crew members to provide solutions promptly
  • Understand clients desired outcomes and expectations to ensure alignment to the Managed Services deliverables
  • Drive ontime and onbudget delivery of project from Initiate to Close
  • Facilitate crew and customer meetings
  • Determine communication plans
  • Develop and manage project schedules
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Identify and manage risk and issues including escalations
  • Create project status reports
  • Ensure adherence to NewRocket delivery methodology including project controls
  • Manage customer relationships with high integrity and professionalism
  • Manage project scope and identify need for and develop change orders

Your Experience

  • 510 years of businessrelated experience with a minimum of 3 years in technology Project/Program management with highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles including project financials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship facilitation and conflictresolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Projects
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects for different clients
  • Ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
  • Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas preferred

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field
  • PMP certification
  • Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred
  • ServiceNow experience preferred.
